Delivering Opportunities thru Vocational Education Services (DOVES) Corporation is a minority, woman-owned 501(c)3 non-profit organization, that was established in 1997. 

Our mission is to support, enrich and empower the community by providing career & technology services, vocational training, and life skills development that promote growth, and success to improve the quality of life for residents in the Montgomery County and Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area. We are impacting the lives of families, that range from high-risk environments, with little to no resources to assist them with financial and educational needs. We provide the community a safe, nurturing environment to focus on their goals. While this is our focus, our services are not limited to the underprivileged, but to the entire community.
